DECOMMISSIONING of MONITORING WELLS and GAS PROBES at ENGLISH PIT LANDFILL

RFP Number: 950

It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.

General Information:

The Public Works Department is seeking proposals from the consultant community to provide professional environmental engineering and project management services to support the decommissioning of groundwater monitoring and landfill gas probes at the English Pit Landfill.

Release Date: Wednesday, March 4, 2026
Closing Date: Wednesday, April 1, 2026

Pre-Bid Conference:

A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 1:00pm via Microsoft Teams. Proposers shall email the Project Manager, Mike Davis no later than March 6, 2026, at Solidwaste@clark.wa.gov to request a meeting invite.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00am. Proposers shall email Mike Davis at Solidwaste@clark.wa.gov no later than March 11, 2026 if they plan to attend.
