Description: The City of New Rochelle (“City”) seeks to engage with a professional and experienced organization to provide Administrative and Consulting Services to Develop and Implement a Participatory Budgeting (PB) Program including Community Engagement, Process Design and Implementation Support. The awarded vendor (“Vendor”) shall be required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to perform the services hereunder in a safe and professional manner and commensurate with professional standards generally applicable to the industry. The intent of this RFP is to have the awarded vendor enter into a Consulting Services Agreement with the City.
