The vendor pool will support the fabrication and supply of traffic signs and traffic-control items as detailed in the attached Sign Quote Sheet and standard MUTCD requirements. Future purchase orders will be issued to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor at the time of each order.

1. Purpose

This RFQ is to establish a qualified vendor pool and is not a competitive bid

or award. All responsive vendors may be included. The vendor pool will

support the fabrication and supply of traffic signs and traffic-control items

as detailed in the attached Sign Quote Sheet and standard MUTCD

requirements. Future purchase orders will be issued to the lowest

responsive and responsible vendor at the time of each order.

2. Items Requested

All items requested are listed in the attached Sign Quote Sheet (fillable

PDF). All signs must meet MUTCD standards and use high-visibility prismatic

(HIP) sheeting unless otherwise specified.

3. Quote Requirements

- Completed price sheet including unit price and line-item totals.

- Vendor information (business name, FEIN, address, phone, representative

name, email).

- Shipping and handling must be included to: 375 W HWY 74, Lexington, OR

97839.

- Quote validity period (recommended minimum: 30 days).

4. Submission Instructions

Bids due December 8, 2025 no later than 4:00 PM

5. Notes

Morrow County may accept or reject any quote. This RFQ is not a
