RFP: 42-50 South Avenue Renovation
The City of Rochester, through its Architectural Services Division, is soliciting proposals for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural engineering, and hazardous material design and interior design services for the renovation of the storefront commercial space in the South Avenue Parking Garage. A previous consultant completed the Programming and Schematic Design phases of this project. This RFP is to procure a design consultant to review and update the existing design documents, complete the design through the construction phase of this renovation.
Pre-proposal walkthrough
A pre-proposal meeting for interested consultants will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the South Avenue Parking Garage, 42 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604. Meet in the entry vestibule off the storefront entrance on South Avenue.
Submission delivery information
Submit five (5) copies and one (1) electronic copy of your proposal by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026 to:
