Overview

Summary

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency's Public Housing Department is seeking a qualified vendor to supply appliances, along with delivery services, for housing units across twelve managed communities. Each community comprises approximately 250-350 housing units.

Background

The Agency is compromised of twelve (12) HA managed Communities with approximately 250-350 housing units per Community (approximate total of 3,300 housing units) and various commercial buildings. Housing units range from single family homes to multi-family units, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and senior high rise buildings. Communities will be managed and invoiced individually. The Supplier is expected to respond to Task Orders within a 24 hours timeframe.
