The enclosed INVITATION TO BID (ITB) and accompanying GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS,

CONDITIONS SPECIFICATIONS, are for your convenience in submitting bids for the enclosed

referenced services for the City of Port Arthur.

Bids must be signed by a person having authority to bind the firm in a contract. Bids shall be

placed in a sealed envelope, with the Vendor’s name and address in the upper left-hand corner of

the envelope.

ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE CITY SECRETARY’S OFFICE BEFORE

OPENING DATE AND TIME. It is the sole responsibility of the firm to ensure that the sealed

ITB submittal arrives at the above location by specified deadline regardless of delivery method

Repairs, Maintenance and Replacement Items Sabine Pass Com Ctr Spray Pad

Location – 5262 S Gulfway Dr, Sabine Pass, TX 77655

Scope of Work

· Bring the vault out the ground and install components which are the new manifolds,

valves, and security cabinet.

· Bring new controllers inside the cabinet. Move controls inside the vault.

· Replace current four current canopies with single cantilever canopy.

· Replace picnic tables with similar to current picnic tables.

· Paint features and install new signage.

· Add two new canopies over the two current benches. 10 x 10 canopies with 8 foot

height.

· Four 12 x 12 pads for cantilever.

The request for pricing on the following:

• Quote 1 - Move equipment out of the current vault and install a new security

cabinet for the manifold and solenoids/valves above ground

• Quote 2 - Move equipment out of the current vault and install a new security

cabinet for the manifold and solenoids/valves above ground

• Quote 3 - repaint all features and replace two signs

• Quote 4 - Replace existing palm tree features with new palm trees with water

dumping effects
