Murphy Co., Inc. Architects, 4606 Illinois Ave. Louisville, Kentucky 40213, phone (502) 454-5632 and fax (502) 454-4650. BID SUBMITTAL: General Contractors must submit their sealed bids prior to 9:00 A.M. CST 10:00 A.M. ET, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, to the Logan County Judge Executive’s Office located at 200 W. 4th Street, Russellville, KY 42276 or PO Box 365, Russellville, KY 42276. Bids will be opened publicly during the Fiscal Court meeting that begins at 9:00 A.M. at the Logan County Historic Courthouse. Each proposal shall be submitted on the bid form found in the project manual that can be obtained at the Logan County Judge-Executive’s Office and shall be completely filled out and submitted prior to the bid opening.
