Overview

Summary

Replace existing water service at Eldridge Park, approximately 275' from Spencer Street to the maintenance building, with new 1" copper pipe. Include a split with shut off and additional meter for future athletic field irrigation.

Background

Eldridge Park has a small parking lot, baseball field and maintenance building with public restroom. The facility serves local youth baseball and soccer teams, as well as adult cricket and unstructured play. The building was constructed in 2002 and incorrect water service line material was used. The line has experienced multiple breaks and repairs and needs a full replacement.

Lebanon Recreation would also like to have field irrigation in the future. This project includes roughing in future irrigation at the maintenance building.
