Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Hanover will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Description: The Project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:

  • 1        L S        Remove Stone Retaining Walls
  • 1        L S        Excavation – Common (P)
  • 560        S Y        3” Bituminous Trail with Base
  • 2        E A        12” RC Pipe Apron
  • 32        L F        12” RC Pipe Sewer
  • 470        S F        6” Concrete
  • 2        E A        Picnic Table
  • 1        E A        Shade Umbrella
  • 0.6        ACRE        Seed & Hydromulch
    • Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Hanover shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
    Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN.

    The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
