Description: The City of New Rochelle and the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (NRBID) are seeking bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide daily outdoor maintenance services for two (2) separate areas/zones of the City of New Rochelle, as detailed herein. Each zone has its own scope of work, oversight, and budget. Each entity will contract independently with the vendor awarded for their respective zone. It is our intent to award in-whole or in-part, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the NRBID and City as determined by the City of New Rochelle. The two (2) zones are broken into Zone A – NRBID and Zone B -The City PRE-BID QUESTIONS All questions must be submitted via e-mail to Karin Conca, Purchasing Specialist, at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. no later than 3pm Monday November 25, 2024.
