Project Description: The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting submittals from qualified Professionals for Laboratory Design Services.
The Environmental Laboratory Services (ELS) Design Scope of Services is to provide design, permitting, and construction support for the LCRA’s environmental laboratory. LCRA ELS was built in 1997 and has approximately 22,000 square feet of lab, storage, and office space that requires a professional laboratory facility industry architectural and engineering services to modernize the existing labs.
