Description: The City of Lancaster is seeking bids from qualified and licensed General Contractors to provide on-call general contracting services for various municipal facilities and properties. Services may include, but are not limited to, routine repairs, maintenance, upgrades, renovations, and improvements to all City-owned buildings, structures, and grounds, as requested by the City. This contract is intended to establish a professional services relationship under which the selected General Contractor will perform work on an as-needed basis. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed under this contract. The term of this agreement will begin on July 1, 2026 and end on June 30, 2029. Any anticipated cost increases must be clearly stated for the contract period.
