Overview

Summary

Replacement of the MGT1 CO2 Fire Protection System bottles, solenoids, hoses, fittings and connections. Replacement of the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) that is currently obsolete. Verify all devices are operable and replace any devices, horns, strobes, alarms, pull stations and detectors that are faulty. Verify wiring is adequate, if not replace any wiring and conduit as necessary.

Background

The current CO2 Fire system is obsolete and requires replacement with like kind. Most bottles and hoses are at end of life. The FACP is obsolete.
