Project Description: Invitation to Bid Merli-Sarnoski Pavilion

Merli-Sarnoski Pavilion project

The project consists of a new 2,275-square-foot lakefront pavilion and an attached one-story, 1,520-square-foot support building. The support building will house restrooms, a community room and storage spaces. The scope also includes all associated site work.

A mandatory site visit will be held Thursday, April 16, at 10 a.m. at the project site located at Merli-Sarnoski Park, 286 Sandy Banks Road, Greenfield Twp.

Lackawanna County will receive sealed bids until 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Lackawanna County Controller’s Office, 507 Linden Street No. 1, Scranton. The bids will be opened and read aloud on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
