Paulding County Water System will receive Proposals from qualified firms to contract for the repainting the

following elevated water storage tank until 3:00 P.M. EST on March 27, 2026.

Parties interested in this Request for Proposals may obtain a copy of the RFP from Paulding County Purchasing

Office by emailing purchase@paulding.gov. The email should contain your name, company name & contact

information.

All information outlined in the Request for Proposal, along with any other pertinent facts necessary for a proper

evaluation of this Proposal, should be delivered to Paulding County Purchasing Office prior to 3:00 p.m. on March

27, 2026. No late bids will be accepted.

Three bound and typewritten copies of the RFP shall be presented in a sealed envelope per instructions on

the request for Proposal. All information regarding opening date, description of the Proposal and RFP number

must be listed on the outside of the envelope.

Contract time for the order and supply of material, if awarded, will be ordered and delivered within 4 months or

(120) consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.

Paulding County reserves the right to waive formalities in any Proposal and to reject any or all Proposals in whole

or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the Proposal that in its judgment will be in the best interest of

county.
