Description: The City of Framingham is seeking a qualified Architectural/Engineering (AE) Design Services Firm to provide Design Services for work to the Lexington Street Main Library, 49 Lexington Street, Framingham, MA. RFQ documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Please register your company to obtain these documents RFQ documents will be available on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 after 10:00 AM on Bidnet.   Proposals shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham A non-mandatory pre-site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 located at 49 Lexington Street, Framingham, MA 01702. Attendees should meet in the parking lot. Parking is available in the lot or along the street at metered bays. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
