The purpose of the RFI is to gather information from qualified vendors who have mass appraisal experience and the capability to develop, manage, and execute a high-quality, comprehensive, door-to-door reappraisal of all properties subject to ad valorum taxation within Dona County’s jurisdiction. All work must be completed according to industry standards and within a reasonable time given the scope of the reappraisal. The goal is to ensure all property records are accurate, complete, and reflective of current property characteristics.

This is only a Request for Information (RFI). The RFI is strictly an informational gathering process used by the Assessor’s Office and Dona Ana County (the County) to clarify and define its project requirements based on vendor submissions. Likewise, vendors may assess the project, considering the Assessor’s Office’s needs and expectations to determine if they possess the ability and capacity to perform the desired professional service.
