Bid Title:	2025 Impact Fee Study

Description: This Request for Proposals is to initiate a study of City of Missoula impact fees to update Missoula Municipal Code Chapter 15.66, Development Impact Fee Procedures and Requirements to meet the guidelines set forth by the State of Montana at 7-6-1602(3), MCA, which states: “The service area report is a written analysis that must contain documentation of sources and methodology used for purpose of subsection (2) and must document how each impact fee meets the requirements of subsection (7).” Subsection (2)(iv) states that the impact fees cover at least a 5-year period and are reviewed and updated at least every 5 years. The last study conducted to update the Impact Fee was in 2021. This study is needed to stay in compliance with Montana State law.
