Description: INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Danbury at the Purchasing Agent’s Office, City Hall, Danbury, CT until: Tuesday, July 1, 2025, 10:00 AM for: Bid #06-24-25-03 “Furnish & Install Ductless AC Systems in City Hall Technology Dept.” For a copy of the complete bid package click here A mandatory Pre-Bid conference for bidders will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, in the Purchasing Dept., City Hall, 155 Deer Hill Avenue, Danbury, CT.  Bids from contractors who did not attend this mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will not be considered.
