ATTENTION: Prospective Proposers

CONTRACT WORK DESCRIPTION: The City of Santee (“City”), is seeking proposals from

qualified firms, contractors, design build entities or consultants, hereinafter referred to

interchangeably as “Firm,” “Contractor,” “Design Build Entity,” and “Consultant,” to complete all

design and construction services required for the construction of City Hall Improvements –

Building 4 Front Counter Remodel (“Project”).

Contract Documents may only be downloaded from the City’s website, www.CityofSanteeCa.gov

listed under “Bid Opportunities”.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Thursday – July 2, 2026 by 5:00 P.M. in the Office of the City Clerk,

10601 Magnolia Avenue, Building 3, Santee, CA 92071. Late submissions will be returned

unopened.

LICENSES: California Classification “B” (required at time of bid submission)

PROJECT BUDGET: $240,000.00

TIME FOR COMPLETION: 100 Working Days

CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE: Yes, upon award of Contract.
