Description: LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF LIMA, OHIO Request for Qualifications (RFQ) For Management of the Market Street Parking Garage THE FOLLOWING LEGAL NOTICE IS TO RECEIVE Submissions of Qualifications for the management of the Market Street Parking Garage. Â Qualifications are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly marked "Management of the Market Street Parking Garage" to the Auditor of the City of Lima, Ohio, attention Purchasing Department, in the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801, before 10:00 a.m., Lima time, on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025. The outside of the envelope should be properly marked to indicate it is a submission and include the project name. The outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in the submission not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in the submission being disqualified. The City of Lima, will directly select a service provider based on the Submissions of Qualifications (SoQ). The requirements for the SoQ and the scoring criteria that will be used to select the service provider are available in the Engineering office 50 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801 (Phone 419-221-5288) and through the City of Lima's website.
