The City of Hialeah is requesting proposals from interested and qualified Florida licensed attorneys whose membership with the Florida Bar is in good standing to provide Special Magistrate Services in accordance

with the City of Hialeah Code of Ordinances Chapter 22 and Florida Statutes Chapter 162, as a Special Magistrate. The primary objective is to promote, protect, and improve the health, safety, and welfare of Hialeah's

residents by providing an equitable, expeditious, and effective means of enforcing City codes and ordinances.
