Performance Bond:
Successful contractor(s) may be requested to obtain Performance and Payment Bonds for any Bid Category
exceeding $50,000, but is not necessarily a requirement for contract award. The Performance and Payment
Bonds shall be in an amount equal to the contract amount. The Performance and Payment Bonds shall be for the
protection of Charter Township of Waterford and Frank Rewold and Sons Inc. and shall be executed by a surety
company authorized to do business in the state of Michigan and be listed in Federal Register or have an AM Best
Rating of B+ or better. All bonds to be dual obligee bonds to Charter Township of Waterford and Frank Rewold
and Sons Inc.
Bid Security: Not required
Prevailing Wage Rates: Not required
Nonexempt: This project is not tax exempt for state sales tax and/or use tax. All materials and supplies incorporated and used
in construction and becoming a permanent part of this project will not be exempt from state sales tax and/or
tax.
Disclosure Statements: None required for bid submission. Prior to contract execution, a familial disclosure statement and Iran Economic
Sanctions Compliance Certificate will be required to be executed.
