Description: The City of Framingham is seeking sealed proposals from a qualified Architectural/Engineering (AE) Design Services Firm to provide Design Services and Construction Administration Services for a parking garage with 1000 square feet on the ground level floor facing Union Avenue to house a branch bank on City owned property located at 97 Franklin Street, Framingham, Massachusetts. RFQ documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Please register your company to obtain these documents RFQ documents will be available on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 after 10:00 AM on Bidnet Direct.
