The advertising dates for this RFP 2026-11 are January 16, 2026, through February 17, 2026. Bids will be accepted prior to 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at which time they will be entered into a register. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on January 29, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., at Button Gwinnett Elementary School, 635 Taylor Rd, Hinesville, GA 31313.
