Contact InformationType Competitive Sealed Proposal Status Issued Number 25-601 (Galena Park High School Modular Central Plant Equipment Package) Issue Date & Time 8/3/2025 01:00:04 AM (CT) Close Date & Time 8/28/2025 02:00:00 PM (CT) Question Cut Off Date 8/15/2025 05:00:00 PM (CT) Notes Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP 25-601) for Galena Park High School Modular Central Plant Equipment Package (GPISD Project B104) Proposals are due on August 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM (Base & Alt at same time) after which proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the GPISD Administration Building. Submissions must be delivered to the Facility Planning & Construction Department in the GPISD Administration Building, 14705 Woodforest Blvd., Houston, TX 77015, in a sealed envelope by the close date and time stated in this bid event. A Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount is required. The scope of work includes: Containerized Water-Cooled Chillers and cooling towers with all the necessary pumps, VFDs, electrical and other accessories and ancillary equipment per the drawings and specifications issued. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the GPISD Administration Building, on August 06, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Attendance is highly recommended. Proposal Documents will be available on August 03, 2025 @ 10:00 AM on the district website, and on the GPISD eBid system https://galenaparkisd.ionwave.net. GPISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, the right to negotiate with any proposers after submission of proposals, and at its discretion, may waive any formalities or minor irregularities regarding the proposals.
