  • If you are currently awarded on the Travel and Tour Services RFP# PURCH 1819-42 that expires on June 30, 2024, then you must still submit this RFP for evaluation to remain on the approved vendors list.

  • Although, May 31, 2025 is the latest date to respond, vendors should submit responses to the proposal immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list.

  • All PURCH Bids will be closed every Thursday at 12:00 P.M, in order for our department to review and and evaluate all vendors who have submitted thus far. The Bid will then be reopened by 4 P.M, the same business day. When closing the Bid, any vendor who has not fully submitted their documents by Thursday at 12:00 P.M, will lose their bid progress and will then have to begin the process all over again.


  • If submitted and or awarded on RFP# PURCH 2324-10 Travel and Tour Bid, you do not need to submit again.
