The work is intended to address areas of deterioration in the existing faade and restore the integrity and performance of the building envelope. Work includes repairs to spalled, missing, and damaged brick; cracked, missing, and deteriorated mortar joints; and vertical, lateral, and step cracking in the masonry. Additional work includes repair of damaged concrete at foundations and windowsills, and removal and replacement of unmatched brick.
