Description: The City of Suffolk is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to establish a contract for on-call and/or project-specific repairs of Hydraulic Cement Concrete (HCC) pavement at various locations throughout the City. Work includes Full-Depth Repairs (FDR) and Partial-Depth Repairs (PDR) performed in accordance with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Road and Bridge Specifications, Section 316, applicable supplemental specifications, and City of Suffolk requirements.
