Notes	The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist the City of Irving, Texas, in understanding the market availability, services and estimated pricing for a turnkey microtransit and paratransit demand response transportation service within the city limits of Irving and select locations in the surrounding area. There will be no pre-submission meeting in conjunction with this RFI. Please submit any questions inidividually under the questions tab in the online solicitation.  No verbal or emailed questions will be accepted. The City of Irving strongly encourages respondents to submit their response to this RFI electronically. Please call the individual listed on the solicitation if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submissions will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
