NOTICE OF VIEWING AND FINAL HEARING

PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF BRAUN ROAD

SITUATED IN FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by Section 5553.045 of the Ohio Revised Code, will consider the proposed vacation of a portion of Braun Road situated in Franklin Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and situated in Kirk Military Survey Number 735, in Franklin Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the centerline of Braun Road also located on the division line between Clermont County Auditor parcel no. 082106F026 and parcel no. 082106F016, said point being northerly 1,277′ from the centerline intersection of Braun Road and Beech Road; thence, thru parcel no. 082106F016 the following courses: N.22°29’05″E. 270.57′, with the arc of a circle curving to the left having a radius of 70.00′ a distance of 82.53′ a chord of N.11°17’23″W. 77.83′, N.45°03’52″W. 151.70′ and N.34°25’59″W. 133.79′ to the end of the public road. The total length of the proposed vacation of the 40′ in width public right of way is 638.59′ or 0.121 miles.

The Board of County Commissioners will be on site to view the portion of Braun Road in Franklin Township proposed to be vacated on or about 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The Final Hearing on the proposed vacation of a portion of Braun Road situated in Franklin Township as described will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Local Time in the office of the Board of County Commissioners, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103 for the purpose of receiving comments relative thereto.
