Project Description: The Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations Department is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified Disaster Debris Contractors (DDCs) to assist the County in emergency debris management services during disasters or other emergency events by collecting and transporting debris to final disposal sites. The estimated project budget is $75,000,000.00.
This procurement provides for the addition of bonus points to the evaluation score of proposals that meet a subcontracting Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Participation Goal of 10% and is subject to the policies and procedures governing the County’s Small Business Encouragement Program.
