Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for

West Metro Transit Services

Contract Number 25P218

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified transportation providers to provide

fixed route contracted transit services for West Metro service areas. The intent of the Council is to

award one (1) professional services contract, with the services being provided over a seven-year

period. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:

For the purposes of this contract, there are no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), or

Metropolitan Council Underutilized Business (MCUB) goals set for this project. However, the Council

strives to ensure equitable participation of minority, women and underutilized businesses in projects
