Mailed or hand delivered bid submissions must be sealed and plainly marked with the name and address of the bidder and “BID NO. 26-02 , 60s Terminal Demolition , 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 20, 2025 ”.

The City of Killeen, who is solely directing this BID process, shall select the bidder based upon competitive submissions pursuant to this Invitation to Bid (ITB). After evaluation of all submissions, the selected contractor will serve as the City’s supplier of service requested.
