Scope of Services
It is the intent of this invitation for Bid to engage with a successful Bidder(s) for A New Exit Stairway and Exit Door in the Lackey Service Center Substation Area based on a fixed price, in accordance with the following specifications listed herein. It is understood

that there may be additions or deletions to the list specified herein during the life of this contract as dictated by KUA’s service protocols.
KUA’s objective is to contract with a qualified, competent, experienced and State of Florida licensed/certified Contractor to install an exit door and stairway in the Lackey Service Center per the Engineer’s drawings -Exhibit B. Winning bidder will be responsible for all permits required.
