INVITATION FOR BIDS

IFB# 25-1017

The Town of Wayland invites sealed bids to supply all labor and materials needed for the Tank Rehabilitation Project at the Wayland Wastewater Treatment Plant. All IFB documents will be available starting Wednesday, March 12 ^th , 2025 9AM ET by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids .  Bids must be submitted electronically via COMMBUYS before Thursday, April 10 ^th , 2025 11AM ET. Bidders are required to provide a bid deposit of 5% of the total bid amount. Bidders are required to comply with Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws. Additional information can be found in the complete IFB. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
