The City of Kenai seeks Professional Services to develop a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The Plan is expected to guide the department's infrastructure and programming for the next twenty years.

Proposers should contact the Public Works Department at (907) 283-8236 to be placed on the plan holder’s list to receive addenda. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory but is recommended.

Attendance at the Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory but recommended. The City will use Zoom for telephonic and virtual access. Registration is required to join the meeting remotely through Zoom. Zoom information will be announced once it is available.
