Description: The City of Fort Madison, Iowa, is accepting sealed proposals for the demolition and site preparation of properties located at 2216 Avenue L and 2220 Avenue L, Fort Madison, Iowa. This project includes complete demolition of structures, removal of basements, backfill and compaction to structural standards in preparation for the construction of a new Fire Station. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for, Thursday, May 29, 2025 @ 10:00 AM.
