Description: Invitation for Bid #25130 Roof Replacement at the West Gloucester Water Treatment Plant The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25130, for the replacement of the roof at the West Gloucester Water Treatment Plant. DCAMM Certified Contractors are sought for the following category: “Roofing”. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Thur., April 3, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. Bids will be available on March 19, 2025 at bidnet direct.
