• Pre-Bid Meeting
  A mandatory pre-bid job-walk is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 27,
  2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the Parking Lot, at 4110 E. Los Angeles Avenue, Simi Valley,
  California 93063 (Southeast corner of E. Los Angeles Avenue and Tapo Canyon
  Road). Please allow at least two (2) hours for the pre-bid job-walk. Questions and/or
  concerns will be addressed at this meeting. A copy of the existing sewer inspection
  CCTV videos will be provided to the attendees electronically one day after the prebid
  job-walk. Interested parties should RSVP to Annie Ha at AHa@simivalley.org.
