Description: View Bid NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for the purchase of two jet skis and a trailer for the Wayne County Sheriff Office. Such proposals may be submitted physically or by mail in a sealed envelope clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, OR may be submitted electronically using the BidNet platform at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/waynecountyny (vendor registration required)  on or before 10:00 AM prevailing time on 06/26/2025, at which time said bids, will be publicly opened and read. Any contractor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
