Project Description: The Bay Area Headquarters Authority (BAHA) is seeking to establish a pre-qualified list of one or more qualified consultants (“Consultant Bench”) with which BAHA may contract to provide architectural design services for capital projects, building and tenant improvement and commercial property projects at its headquarters building located at 375 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. Consultants will be expected to provide preliminary design and planning services, design, and support during construction.
