Overview

Summary

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to provide Right-of-Way Landscape Maintenance on US-27 from I-10 to the Gadsden County line.

The selected vendor shall perform services on a continuing services basis in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation.

Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the Specifications and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Three Landscape Care Guide attached to this bid.

Maintenance includes (but is not limited to):

• Mowing
• Edging
• Weeding
• Herbicide/Pesticide
• Pruning
• Irrigation

Background

Landscape Maintenance Services shall commence on June 1, 2026.
