Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Town of Chatham Human Services Grant Program FY 2027 The Town of Chatham is soliciting funding requests from Human Services agencies serving the residents of Chatham for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. Human Services Grant Funds will be allocated by the Town to support the overall operations of agencies which provide services to local residents.
