Description: The Town of Belmont invites bids for the renovations to Chenery Park Complex located at 95 Washington Street, Belmont, MA. The Project consists of cast-in-place concrete work, cast-in-place concrete pavement, reclaimed granite walls, asphalt paving, multi-sport court paving and surfacing, athletic equipment, playground equipment, infield surfacing, PIP and mulch playground surfacing, drain work, planting, site drainage, irrigation, and furnishings. Bid documents will be available starting 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
