The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is seeking developers and/or development teams to submit a proposal for the purchase and redevelopment of 710 North Homewood Avenue (Block 174-J, Lot 135) and two adjoining parcels of land (Block 174-J, Lots 134 and 131), located in the Homewood South Neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh.
The goal of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a qualified development proposal for the redevelopment of the Site. Preference will be given to Respondents who propose developing the Site for mixed use, with commercial use on the first floor and residential units on the second and third floors.
Proposals are due on February 20, 2026.
