Can bidders train staff and provide what was once called VORPs to youth involved inESP?Q3 Answer: JCS would expect that any victim offender meetings would be conductedby an outside, independent mediator.4. With expansion to surrounding counties- will there be one JCO that oversees theprogram in each county to assure consistency in referral processes?Q4 Answer: JCS will assign two staff that will be points of contact for the coordinationof the ESP services.5. The cap amount that is listed of $300,000, is that per contract or total amount availableeven with multiple vendors?Q5 Answer: $300,000.00 is the total anticipated amount available to provide EarlyServices Program (ESP) services annually.6.
