The renovation includes the fit-out of new team rooms and renovated locker rooms, training room, conditioning and ancillary athletic spaces. Scope includes new roof top air handling units with supplementary steel and roof patch and flashing. Bids shall be on a lump sum as indicated in the Bid Form. The Work will be substantially completed within 117 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph.
