Description: Sealed bids from general contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Building Construction are requested by Assumption Parish Police Jury for construction of: Project Name: Assumption Parish Courthouse Subsurface Utility Replacement 4809 LA -1, Napoleonville, LA 70390 Project Number: 4025120 Bids will be received at the Assumption Parish Public Works Office, 141 Highway 1008, Napoleonville, Louisiana 70390 until 2:00 PM., Local Time on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders have the option to submit their bids electronically by using Centerline (www.centerlinebidconnect.com). Bidders shall be solely responsible for ensuring that their bids are received on or before the bid opening and neither the Owner nor Architect shall be responsible for any failure of the delivery method chosen. All bids received after 2:00 pm on November 25, 2025 will be returned to the bidder unopened. Any person requiring special accommodations shall notify the Owner and Architect of the type(s) of accommodation required not less than seven (7) days before the bid opening. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214.
