Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed offers for the sale of the following surplus will be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, at the Purchasing Department Office, Town Hall, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud: Surplus Oyster Seed 2026 Bid No. EH25-033 This surplus seed is sold “AS IS AND WHERE IS”. The Town makes no warranty either expressed or implied.
